Description
Winemaking
Grapes were lightly pressed and the juice naturally fermented. The wine was then aged for 11 months in a mixture of French oak barriques and cuves. Full malolactic fermentation occurred.

Palate
On the palate the wine is tightly knit, opening up to layers of tangelo, white peach, Tee Tree, Kaffir lime and sherbet, over toasted cashew and flinty flavours.
Bouquet
Bright yellow in colour, the bouquet offers aromas of lemon curd and orange blossom mingled with hazelnut and struck match.

Great with
White fish and hard or smoked cheeses.
