Winemaking
Grapes were lightly pressed and the juice naturally fermented. The wine was then aged for 8 months in a mixture of French oak barriques and cuves. Full malolactic fermentation occurred.

- RS: less than 1 g/l
- PH: 3.45
Palate
Bright and focused, opening up to layers of stone fruit and lemon curd, over toasted oak and vanilla bean.
Bouquet
Toasted almonds, ripe citrus, and a touch of sea spray.
When to drink
2023 – 2028
Great with
White fish and hard or smoked cheeses.
