Winemaking
The fruit for our Field Blend was hand harvested, whole bunch pressed, and co-fermented. The wine was then aged on light yeast lees for six months to gain complexity and increase mouthfeel.

Palate
It has a waxy mouthfeel and a subtle white pepper finish. This wine is delightful on the palate, with texture, weight and richness.
Bouquet
boasts delicate aromatics, featuring the scent of fresh cut wild flowers, apricots, and lemon thyme.
